We serve a diversified consumer base across the transportation, domestic, commercial and industrial segments. We operate through 17 of our authorized Geographical Areas, enabling balanced demand and revenue mix and benefits of scale.
Our CNG consumers comprise private vehicle owners, commercial vehicle owners, taxis, auto-rickshaws, buses, two-wheelers, logistics fleets and municipal operators. Demand is supported by expanding CNG station density across urban centers, highways and transport corridors, and by structured engagement with fleet operators, cab aggregators and state transport undertakings.
Our PNG consumer base includes domestic, commercial and industrial consumers. Domestic PNG consumers primarily consist of households using natural gas for cooking and allied applications, supported by MDPE last-mile networks, charge-area based rollouts and simplified onboarding processes. The key advantage of using PNG includes safety (PNG is safer than LPG for households because it is lighter than air and disperses quickly in case of leaks, reducing the risk of accumulation, fire or explosion) and convenience, as PNG offers uninterrupted supply (without the need for booking or storage of cylinders), and ease of installation.
Commercial PNG consumers include hotels, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, retail establishments and other small businesses, where demand is driven by reliability of supply, convenience and predictable and lesser energy costs. Pricing and onboarding structures for commercial consumers are differentiated based on consumption profiles and pressure requirements.
Industrial PNG consumers comprise small, medium and large industrial units across sectors such as automotive, ceramics, metals, textiles, food processing and engineering. Consumers benefit from lower emissions leading to easier to meet sustainability targets, such as air quality norms. Industrial PNG also reduces handling and storage risks associated with solid fuels and serves as a uniform source of energy.
CNG is promoted as an alternative transport fuel for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and public transport fleets to reduce emissions and dependence on conventional petroleum fuels. Key policy objectives include.

Domestic PNG is promoted as a safe, reliable and convenient cooking fuel, providing households with continuous access to piped natural gas without dependence on LPG cylinder logistics. Key policy and consumer benefits include:

In case of screeded floors, the method of construction consists of a base concrete raft foundation onto which a cement screed is subsequently laid in order to obtain a satisfactory surface to accept the floor finish. In this case, copper pipes may be laid on top of the base concrete and subsequently covered by the screed, provided the pipe is protected from corrosion. Alternatively, the copper pipes may be laid through pre-formed PVC / HOPE sleeves / ducts with protective covers
